Kimre™’s interlaced mesh structure is simple, yet surprisingly effective, durable, and cost-effective. The basic structure of the mesh forms a ladder-like arrangement of thermoplastic filaments, creating double-V systems that intersect at optimal angles.

Our engineered mesh construction offers a large surface area and high void fraction. The engineered combination of filament diameters and the physical arrangement of mesh layers optimizes the removal efficiency and range for both solid and liquid particles. A variety of thermoplastic filament materials allows for continuous service at 204°C (400°F) and provides excellent resistance to process corrosion.
